Ceramic Raschig ring is the earliest industrially developed random tower packing, first introduced by F. Raschig in 1914. The ring features a hollow cylindrical shape with equal height and diameter, manufactured from acid-resistant ceramic materials through high-temperature firing. It is widely used

What Is a Ceramic Intalox Saddle Ring? The ceramic Intalox saddle ring is an open-type random packing characterized by a grooved, semi-cylindrical structure. Its shape lies between a ring and a saddle, and it is manufactured through a continuous extrusion process for random dumping inside columns.Th

Ceramic tower packings are industrial mass-transfer media manufactured from silicates, alumina, and related ceramic materials. They exhibit excellent resistance to acids, heat, and corrosion, withstanding virtually all inorganic and organic acids as well as organic solvents, with the exception of hy

The ceramic Raschig ring holds a distinguished place in the history of chemical engineering as the earliest artificially manufactured random packing for mass transfer columns. Named after its inventor, the German chemist Friedrich Raschig, this simple yet effective cylindrical packing has been servi

Ceramic Raschig rings are one of the earliest invented random packings in chemical engineering, named after the German chemist Friedrich Raschig. Their standard geometry is a hollow cylinder with a height equal to the outer diameter. Industrial-grade ceramic Raschig rings are typically manufactured
