Plastic Heilex Ring For Adsorption Tower

Plastic Heilex Ring is made from heat resistant and chemical corrosion resistant materials, including polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), reinforced polypropylene (RPP), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), chloridized polyvinyl chloride (CPVC) and polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF). It has features with high free volume, low pressure drop, low mass-transfer unit height, high flooding point, uniform gas-liquid contact, small specific gravity, high mass transfer efficiency and so on, and the application temperature in media ranges from 60°Cto 150°C. For these reasons it is widely used in the packing towers in petroleum industry, chemical industry, alkali-Chloride industry, coal gas industry and environmental protection, 
Material: PP, PVC, CPVC, PVDF and other materials.

Plastic Heilex Ring ,it not only has the flux, pressure drop, corrosion resistance and anti-impact performance and good, it also has not nested between the filler, small wall flow effect and uniform gas and liquid distribution and other advantages. This packing is suitable for gas absorption, cooling and gas purification process.

Application :
a,  Absorption tower 

b. Degassing,Liquid/liquid extraction
c. Water treatment and heat transfer.
