1. Product Description
Metal Cascade Mini Ring, a lower aspect ratio (H/D1/2to1/3) increases capacity and reduces pressure drop and the highly exposed internal and external surfaces give a high efficiency vehicle for gas-liquid contact with good mechanical strength. Preferential orientation in a packed bed with the cylindrical axis in the vertical plane, allows a free passage for gas to flow through it. Metal cascade mini ring overall performance is better than pall ring, currently it is the most excellent well known packing.
2. Advantages of Metal Cascade Mini Ring
-- Compared with the metal pall ring, the gas fluxes is increased 10%-20% and the pressure drop is reduced 30-40%;
-- Improved resistance to fouling;
-- Higher operational efficiency;
-- Increased plant efficiency.
3. Application of Metal Cascade Mini Ring
-- Absorbing or desorbing tower
-- Steam and Distillabtion
4. Materials
Metal tower packing material includes SS304, SS304L, SS316, SS316L, SS410, Carbon Steel, Aluminum, Bronze, etc.
