The excellent characters of chemshun inert alumina ceramic ball :
1: High purity , alpha alumina structure , low silica
Chemshun alumina ball 99% is with > 99wt % alpha alumina and < 0.2wt % of SIO2, the high purity , low silica and high strength make this balls an ideal selection for the high temperature and steam applications, where the environment should be avoid the problem of leached silica coating downstream equipment of fouling or polluting the catalyst bed
2: Excellent thermal and mechanical shock resistance properties
With the excellent of thermal and mechanical shock resistance properties and the high density , chemshun alumian ceramic ball 99% are able to work on the temperature up to 1600 degree
3: Excellent chemical stability with strong resisting of acid , alkaline and organic impregnant make it suitable for applications in olefin processes such as ethylene dryers , where polymerization could be a problem
