Production Description:
Molecular sieve 5A is an alkali alumino-silicate, it is the calcium form of the type a crystal structure.Molecular sieve 5A has an effective pore opening of about 5 angsroms, it will absorb molecules with a kinetic diameter of less than 5 angstrom and exclude molecules larger than 5 angstroms. Molecular sieve 5A is especially suitbale for PSA adsorber applications where it may be used for the separation of normal-paraffins and iso-paraffns(C4 to C6 species) in PSA hydrogen purification and in oxygen concentrators
Molecular sieve 5A has all the performances of 3A and 4A which can adsorb n-butyl alcohol and n-butane. Molecular sieve 5A is mainly used for desorption of water,carbondioxide,alkyne,hydrocarbon in PSA industry.5A molecular sieve also used for dryness of gas and liquid,separating the hydrogen and nitrogen, the nitrogen and oxygen,normal&iso alkane.
Application:
Used for separation of normal-paraffins and iso-paraffins
Remove water,CO2 and hydrocarbons from feed gas
Drying and purification of LPG,ammonia cracked gas and other industrial gases and liquids
Remove light mercaptans
Production of high purity N2,O2,H2 and inert gases from mixed gas streams
