The production process of ceramic tower packing begins with the selection of raw materials. The main raw materials of ceramic fillers include kaolin, zirconium oxide, silicon dioxide, etc. When selecting raw materials, their chemical composition and physical properties need to be considered to ensure the quality and performance of the final product. At the same time, according to the needs of different application fields, an appropriate amount of auxiliary materials such as stabilizers and pigments can also be added to achieve the desired effect.

The raw materials are prepared into processable powder materials through the process of crushing and mixing. The importance of this step cannot be underestimated. The fineness of crushing and the uniformity of mixing have a direct impact on the performance of the final product. Generally speaking, the raw materials are crushed by equipment such as ball mills, and then evenly mixed by mixing equipment to ensure the quality consistency and stability of each batch of raw materials.

The powdered material is transformed into a ceramic body with a specific shape through a molding process. The molding process usually includes pressing, injection molding, extrusion and other methods. Among them, pressing is a common and widely used molding method, which combines the powder particles with each other by pressurizing to form a solid body. Injection molding and extrusion are suitable for ceramic fillers with complex shapes and large sizes. The powdered material is pressed into a specific shape through a mold or extruder, and then dried and cured.

The formed ceramic body needs to undergo a sintering process to improve its density and strength. Sintering is to heat the ceramic body at a high temperature so that its particles fuse with each other to form a dense structure. The control of sintering temperature and time is very critical. Too low will lead to insufficient strength of the ceramic filler, while too high may cause it to lose its original shape and performance. Through a scientific and reasonable sintering process, ceramic fillers with good performance can be obtained.

The sintered ceramic tower packing is surface treated and processed. Surface treatment can be achieved by polishing, coating and other methods to improve the surface smoothness and lubricity of the ceramic filler, while increasing its wear resistance and corrosion resistance. Processing processes include cutting, punching, grinding, etc. The shape and size of the filler are customized according to specific application requirements to meet the requirements of different industries.
