Ceramic Packing balls have excellent acid and heat resistance and can be widely used in various highly corrosive and high-temperature environments. They are the most ideal packing in the chemical, metallurgical, gas, petroleum and other industries. So, how should packing ceramic balls be loaded?
First, remove all debris in the tower, and draw horizontal lines on the inner wall of the tower according to the top height of each layer of packing balls and catalysts as a mark for the paving height. Carefully check the packing balls of different particle sizes, and remove the lines and store them separately according to the particle size marked on the product packaging for paving.
When paving the bottom layer of packing balls, care should be taken to avoid damaging other systems in the tower. The packing balls to be loaded should be hoisted into the tower and then spread; when the packing balls are spread to the horizontal line of the top surface height of the layer, they should be spread evenly with a shovel. The paving personnel should not stand or walk directly on the supporting material, but should stand on the wooden board. The number of operators operating in the tower should be as small as possible to avoid the movement of the packing ball layer. After the next layer is paved, the next layer of catalyst or packing balls can be paved.
The thickness of each layer of filler balls should be accurate and uniform. Scrape the surface with a shovel or scraper, and the height should be level with the horizontal line of the paving height mark.
