Ceramic random packing has the following advantages:
● Large flux and low resistance: Ceramic random packing can handle more than 50% more than Raschig ring under the same pressure reduction. At the same processing volume, the pressure drop can be reduced by half, and the mass transfer efficiency can be increased by about 20%.
● High separation efficiency and large operational flexibility: Compared with Raschig rings, ceramic random packing has the characteristics of large production capacity, strong resistance, and large operational flexibility. Under normal circumstances, the processing capacity can be 50%-100% greater than that of Raschig rings at the same pressure drop, and the pressure drop can be 50%-70% less than that of Raschig rings at the same processing. The tower height also has a pressure drop. The use of ball rings can be about 20%-40% of the packing volume compared to the Raschig ring.
● Excellent corrosion resistance: Ceramic random packing can withstand the corrosion of various inorganic acids, organic acids and organic solvents except hydrofluoric acid, and is suitable for various high and low temperature occasions.
● Good mechanical strength: Ceramic random packing has high strength and good mechanical strength, and can maintain stable performance in harsh working environments.
● High specific surface area and good air permeability: Ceramic random packing has a large specific surface area, which can provide more gas-liquid contact opportunities, thereby improving mass transfer efficiency. At the same time, its good air permeability and water resistance allow gas and liquid media to pass smoothly through the packing bed, achieving better mass transfer and heat transfer effects.
● Not easy to scale, easy to clean and maintain: The surface of ceramic random packing is smooth, not easy to scale, easy to clean and maintain.
