Application of Pall Ring Packing

Pall ring packing are divided into plastic Pall rings, ceramic Pall rings and metal Pall rings.

Plastic Pall ring packing is especially suitable for petroleum, chemical, chlor-alkali, gas, environmental protection and other industries at low temperature (60-150 degrees) distillation, absorption and washing tower and carbon dioxide degassing tower, ozone contact reflecting tower as contact packing and other reaction tower.

Ceramic Pall ring packing is suitable for carbon dioxide degassing tower acid fog purification tower, ozone contact reaction tower as contact packing and other reaction tower.

Metal Pall ring packing application: vacuum distillation tower, processing heat sensitive, easy to decompose, easy to polymerize, easy to carbon materials.

Pall ring because of the ring wall opening, improve the use rate of the inner ring space and the inner surface of the ring, air resistance is small, liquid distribution is uniform. It has the advantages of large flux, small resistance, high separation efficiency and large operating elasticity. Under the same pressure reduction, the processing capacity can be more than 50% larger than that of the Laci ring.Compared with lacey ring, the packing has the characteristics of large production capacity, strong resistance, large operation elasticity, etc., in general, the same pressure drop treatment than lacey ring 50%-100%, the same treatment pressure drop than lacey ring 50%-70% smaller, Pall ring gas flux can increase by more than 50%, mass transfer equipment efficiency increased by about 30%. Pall ring is a widely used tower packing.
